1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the y2w website operating under the domain y2w.app and all related services provided by y2w ("Platform"). By accessing, registering for, or using any part of this Platform, you expressly agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional guidelines that may be published from time to time.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are advised not to use the y2w Platform. Continued use of the Platform following any amendments to these Terms will be considered acceptance of those amendments. y2w will endeavour to notify users of significant changes via notices within the Platform.

2. User Eligibility

• Sharing your account login credentials with others or allowing third parties to use your account.
• Falsifying or altering any document submitted to y2w.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.

Violation of any of the above rules will result in immediate action, including account suspension or termination, balance freezing, reporting to relevant authorities, and legal action where necessary.

8. Account Security and User Responsibilities

• In cases of termination due to fraud, the account balance may be frozen and will not be refunded.

Users whose accounts have been terminated due to a terms violation are not permitted to register a new account without written consent from y2w management.

10. Limitation of Liability y2w
